My name is SeAira

I am SeAira Jones the Owner & Executive Chef of SeAiraJ Creations, now Experiences. At 30 years old I moved from my hometown in South Jersey to a whole new country Tulum, Mexico after traveling most of the States looking for what felt like home and sharing my culinary expertise. I have been a fine dining chef since I was 17 years old graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in Atlanta, GA. My talents and creations having taken me to some of the most unique food cultivating places all over the world. From fine dining 5-star restaurants to Michelin Star Hotels, celebrity clients, governors, and over 1,000 of the most amazing clients who turn into family. Even at a young age my expertise in the kitchen goes far beyond the minimum standard. I provide a personal unique experience for all of my clients whether we are celebrating a birthday, a romantic night for two or just a getaway at the beach. I am here for your special occasion. Not only am I Tulum's number one requested chef I am the only Black Female Chef from USA. I truly pride myself on being able to share this experience with those all over the world.

Chef Karen, a cherished addition to the  team, infuses every event with her Soul Experience, love, and passion. Coming from Playa Del Carmen, MX, our journey together began two years ago in Mexico, where we connected not only through her exceptional culinary talents but also through a shared admiration for the magic and beauty of this incredible land. Chef Karen’s dedication goes beyond the kitchen — it’s her heart and soul that she brings to every dish, creating an unforgettable experience for all who partake.
